Does anyone have a good method for Physiological fluid sample preparation for Amino Acid analysis using the Hitachi L8800 analyser?
Any hints or tips for the L8800 welcome.

Bringing the pH down by diluting the sample in your first eluent (in your gradient elution program) is important. Also be sure to filter your sample!
I don't use the Hitachi, but I am a happy user of the Knauer A100. It can separate 43 physiological amino acids in 80 mins, quite inexpensively.
