We need to reassay crystal violet to assure the purity from Lot to Lot. I heard about an HPLC method using a CN column at 588 nm. Can anyone tell me more about this method (Mobile Phase, flow rate, detection limit etc..)

I run Crystal Violet On Dionex OmniPac PCX 500,
Mobile phase A: 10% (1000 mM NaClO4)
B: 2% (600mM HClO4)
C:88% (90% ACN)
flow @ 1ml/min
UV @254 or 210 nm
