My R&D, batch has resulted in many unknown impurities.Can anyone give me some information of the known and reported impurities in clarithromycin? Also the method of analysis.

The known impurities I forgot to mention that I have identified are clarithromycin A, 3-hydroxy 3 decladinosyl 6-o methyl erythromycin a, Erythromycin A, 6-o methyl eryhtomycin A-9 Oxime, N-demethyl 6-0methyl erythromycin A-9 Oxime.

you can try the method just published in the europian phrmacopila forum its a gradient method and working very nicely for the clarithromycin. and if your material passes in that its very very good material you have.
method gives very good gradient elutions of impurities and its very sharp peaks.
