We plan to analyse glucuronic acid-conjugated dihydroxy fatty acid by using RPLC. But we don't know which column and mobile phase is best for it.
Is a general C18 column ok? Any advise will be appreciated!

This is a very exotic compound, isn't it? What you can say about its solubility in polar organic media? Describe your dissolution experimants and situation will be more clear.
