Daer Carlos;

Capilary LC or even microbore LC have been slow getting acceptance. You can make them work, but perhaps you will spend a lot of time and effort before obtaining results.

The instrumentation is available, but is very expensive. The selection and sources of columns are limited, and even simple problems, such as the detection of leaks becomes a problem.

Perhaps you should ask yourself whether do you really need to use capilary LC to solve your problems in a timely fashion at a reasonable cost. Micro LC in general is better left to cases where the sample is extremely limited, or when the mobile phase consumption is a real problem. Another case to consider for this technique is that of obtaining extremely good sensitivity with very small samples.
