Can anyone offer any tips or suggestions regarding the HPLC of sugar phosphates e.g. ribose-5-phosphate, fructose-1,6-diphosphate etc.?

TIA,

Tony

Hi Tony,
please check out www.tosohbiosep.de where you can download a Column selection guide. This might give you a first idea. There you have also free access to our application database. We have a polymeric stationary phase, modified with Phenyl-groups, available, where we have some related compounds separated on this HIC-column. Hope this helps. Gerhard
