I've already worked with HPLC some years ago but not more. However I need to know if it's possible to have the right concentration with cut peaks, just making changes in the software or it is necessary to reinject the sample with new parameters?

If I understand your question correctly, it depends opn whether you have exceeded the detector and/or integrator limits. Most integrators will take up to 1 or 2 volts maximum. So ifyou cannot get the software to show the full peak on the chromatogram you will probably need to reinject the sample, changing the range on the detector or diluting the sample to get good areas.
