Iīd like to know how can the ABS scale of the uv-vis detector affect to resolution of peaks.
Really, I donīt know anything about absorbance scale..I just Know how response time affect..

The ABS scale on the detector doesn't affect peak resolution.

Peak separation is affected by column efficiency and the mobile phase alone.

If your ABS scale is improperly set, the peaks may be too large or they may be too small to see - but the separation won't be affected per se. This is just a display problem, you just have to choose the right ABS setting to get a proper peak display.
