I have a doubt about the volume 8 "Establishment of maximum residue limits for residues of veterinay medicinal products in foodstuffs of animal origin".
In the chapter of "Development and validation of a proposed regulatory method" (pg 70-71) it is said that for MRL aplications the accuracy could be determined by recovery because in these cases (MRL aplications) there is not a certified material available.
My questions are:

Is incorrect to expres accuracy using fortified blank matrices when I show my results to my authorities?

If I use only recovery to asses my accuracy ,which are the limits between I must move?

My quantification limit and/or my detection limit has to be expressed in terms of recovery? with an CV less o equal to.... what?
