Hello, I´ve made a mistake, and I´d like someone to help me...
I´ve put acetonitrile /water(65:35), over hexane into a detector..
Now I don´t know how to get a baseline ...And how to clean it
Can anyone hel me?

I would flush the system with IPA. ACN, Water and hexane are all soluble in IPA.

I'll second that...run it through with IPA and re-eqilibrate with your mobile phase and all should be well. Run your pump slowly, though, as IPA is quite viscous and will result in high back pressures, especially when mixed with water at room temperature.
