What are you really asking? Which is the most sensitive diode array or how to compare various diode array detectors. The better question is "What are you going to use it for?". If ultimate sensitivity is your most important criteria, then maybe a diode array is not your best choice. What really makes one diode array better, more useful, easier, than the others is its software. Spend your evaluation time focusing on the software. Your time will be better spent compared to finding out which is the most sensitive.
