The regulations are as follow:

GLP: Chapter 21 Code of Federal Regulations Part 58

GMP: Chapter 21 Code of Federal Regulations Parts 210 and 211.

Note that these are just the start. These are complex issues and regulations. There are some guidances one the FDA web site (www.fda.gov) In addition, you can probably get to a download of these regs at that site.
