I would like to learn to develop new chromatographic methods. I am just learning to deal with chromatographic equipment, but I am very interesting in learning to develop and validate new methods. Anybody can suggest me a book or website...?

Probably the most popular method development book around is "Practical HPLC Method Development", by Snyder, Kirkland, and Glajch. The current version is the 2nd edition (1998). It's published by Wiley, but we also sell it at LC Resources (hint, hint). This is quite readable, but I think it requires some experience to get the full benefit.
A better book for a beginner might be "Practical HPLC Methodology and Applications" by Brian Bidlingmeyer. (1993), also published by Wiley.
{Anybody else got suggestions or favorites?}
If you want a concise, general-purpose strategy for method development, click over to the LC Resources web site (http://www.lcresources.com), download a copy of the DryLab software, and open the on-line help. A lot of it is obviously specific to the software, but there is also quite a bit of more general material on method development, and its written in practical terms.
