Hi,

Does anyone have experience of LIF detection in HPLC. We wish to analyse a UV active pharma compound at levels that are too low for UV detection. LIF is just one of the options under consideration (MS, electrochemical, post column derivatisation etc.)

I just started to look at this site so this meassage may be to late to help. I have some experience with LIFD. It will only give a real advantage over standard Fluro if you are using microbore or capilllary systems. If you still are considering this or need assistance post a message and we can discuss it off line.
