We require Chiral separation Application support.
Name of the Drug(API): Levofloxacin, it is an enantiomer of Ofloxacin(Ofloxacin is racemate)
Levofloxacin is S-(-)Form, R-Form separation is required.
Chiral TBB 250 X 4.6 column used earlier, but it is not separating well.Can anyone suggest the best column for this drug.What about Merck S,S Whelk01 chiral column?
