I am working on VIT B12, as it is fast degrading i am getting trouble to achieve RSD. Any one can suggest me good method for VIT B12(cyanocobalamine).

You should look at the USP monograph for USP for Water and Oils soluble tablets with minerals in the Nutritional supplements section. There are 2 methods there. One is HPLC and the other is Microbiological. Also, if I remember correctly, you should be careful to protect the solutions from light.
