During method transfer to a different lab for a particular analysis; what should be the lower allowed limit for theoritical plates?For example ; during method validation( time required is one week) if we find 10,000 plates are minimum requirement.What should be the lower allowed limit for the lab which will be doing this analysis continuously for months?Is there any official recommendations?

If 10,000 is the "minimum reqiurement" as you say, you've already answered you question.
