Can anyone offer some advice/resources for developing rapid screening methods for HPLC/MS or methods using monolithic columns? I am trying to develop a method that will give reasonable separation of both polar and non-polar compounds - taxanes mostly - for samples coming from a automated purification system. Any advice or places to find more info would be greatly appreciated.
