I am having difficulties resolving an enantiomeric pair of compounds. There is a possibility that the pepsin column can be used. However, it is extremely expensive (2,000 dollars), and I would like to hear some comments from people who have used it before buying one.

What kind of compounds can be resolved in it?, What are the mobile phase, temperature and pH limitations?, What is the usual order of elution?, etc.
