I am trying to find a deconvolution software program that isn't rediculously expensive for deconvoluting peptide and protein spectra generated from an Electrospray Ionization source. I am using Chemstation software and was told i could export the spectra and process it in another program. Has anyone had any experience with this or could advise me on a suitable program. Thanks.
