Hello,

is anyone of you have experiences of measuring log P by HPLC ? I work in a pharmaceutical company and this parameter is very important.
Can you give me also references of publications ?
Thanks a lot

Best regards.

There is a software called SciLogP from scivision.com for predicting logP from molecular structure. I don't know how it works.

there is also the ACD/Labs software(for windows) ,it also simulate the elution order in RPLC,
I already try it but I don't trust in the results.
but who knows?people believe in the NMR prediction of the same software...
there is also the Unix versions ,I think that the most famous is the Sybil for Sylicon Graphics.
