We have analyzing a product by HPLC, using reverse phase and a column Symmetry 300. It is possible that the compound presents an equilibrium, and an iminium salt is an estable form for it.
Please, I would like it is possible to analyze (quantifying) an iminium salt by HPLC, or if a chiral column can help us to analyze nucleophile part in the molecule.
