You are searching for an doctoral thesis. Although most of these procedures are available in certified methods.

Specific sample preparation procedures have been worked out for many different problems. I recommend start off with the Sample Preparation Applications Library from Waters, a book of references that is about 3 cm thick. You may also find appropriate references on the Waters website. We have done various analyses in such raw materials using Oasis sample preparation products, but I am not sure if we have looked at vitamins and amino acids.

The traditional sample treatment is hydrolysis in gas phase using hydrochloric acid 6N and 0.5 phenol this reagent is easy to use and have many importance in de aminoacids determination,I use this procedure in my lab.
Another text book is Food analysis by HPLC (Nollet et-al)
I hope this help you.
Good luck.
