Hi,
I need to use a compound as internal standard and maybe as standard (external),I can't find it here in my country ,and the one that I bought will be arrive in 1 month!
I need to do some analysis immediatelly.
I have a comercial formulation that has 90% of my compound.purification will be difficult(tocopherol palmitate in other oils)
I have a NMR (400MHZ)
and thermal analysis (TG and DSC)
What will be the "guidelines"?
because is in misture maybe NMR will no works.
anyone has personal experience in caracterization of external standard?
because tocopherol palmitate is volatil I thinking in use the thermal gravimetric assay to determinate the diference in the weight (impurities not volatil of with diferent boiling point)and get the ratios by DTG.
I can't find any reference in literature.
