Try "Cosmosil PYE" or "Cosmosil NPE" columns.We received very good separation for "positional" isomers.

Dear Anonymus;

In my experience, the best columns for this type of separations are the Fluophases PFP and RP from Keystone. I am not sure you will get baseline resolution of all isomers, but it will be close.

Good Luck;

Benjamin

Dear Benjamin & Anonimus,

In our experiense the separation power of "Cosmosil PYE/NPE" is over the Flourophases, we get exellent resolution for series of Di/Tri-Cl aromatics, much better than with "Flouro".

For the separation of "positional" isomers there are some applications at www.synaptec-gmbh.de

I don't know Maris.

But I have to tell you that I have resolved the problem with a C-18 (maybe we can't say brands !!!) 25 x 4.6 at 220 nm in a gradient conditions with ACN and phosphate buffer at pH 2.0, oven at 45 ºC.

Thanks all for your comments
