I am trying to write a method development language (MDL) script for our Thermo Separations Products AS3000 HPLC autosampler, which runs under ChromQuest. The mdl script is to execute a set of precolumn derivatization commands. There are three default *.mdl scripts supplied with the software that can be adapted, but there is no listing I can find of command definitions. Does anyone have a listing of the script commands, or a set of extra templates that I could use?
