We have a medicin that has the following association: AMOXICILLIN + AMBROXOL HYDROCHLORIDE and it's quite difficult to develop a method for quantificate these drugs by HPLC. We hace tried many things, based upon USP and BP technics but we haven't got any satisfactory results. Could you please suggest us some ideas?.
Thanks a lot. Waiting for your answer soon.

If you need a new method, we will develop it for you. We have columns specifically designed for retention of polar basic compounds. If you want us to develop a method using our columns I am going to order amroxol and amoxicillin and develop a method for you. Any specific choice for mobile phase and detection technique?
You can also check our website for more details www.primesep.com. Please check section devoted to Primesep 100 column and also pages for current applications - may be you will find something similar.
