Dear all,
I am trying to communicate C-R7A chromatopac with SCL-10A system controller in shimadzu HPLC system following the instruction manuals but I failed as the chromatopac gives me the message "port not opened" althogh I think I opened it by the order "open trs 7" and the system controller gave me a long beep after that command.
when I use any order like " ACT#1" the device give me the previeus error message.
are ther any Shimadzu user that can help me??

State that you have a question about HPLC and the model numbers.
There are communication settings for using the C-R7A
They should have you up and running
