Deal all,
we are searching information about vitamin's analysis by HPLC. We have Eclipse XDB-C8,4.6cm x 15 cm column.Somebody wants give us some references about it.
We need to know the methodology (sample treatment). that's not USP method.

Why can't you use the USP method? I know they are not perfect but they are a starting point.
