I have to follow usp method for Isoniazid HPLC analysis. But if i follow their method i.e. 4.4 g sodium docusate dissolve in 600 ml methanol and add 400 ml h2o and adjust ph to 2.5. then i do not get the peak by using c18 25 cm 5 micron column.
Can any one help
