Dear all:
We are looking for information about the sample treatment (multivitamins tablets) for the determination of Retinol,Retinol acetate, vitamin D3, g-Tocopherol, a-tocopherol, Tocopherol acetate, Retinol palmitate and vitamin K, by HPLC, using a C8 column.

YMC has a carotenoid C30 column. If you are in the US, contact Waters. If not, contact YMC.

Most companies that sell SPE products will have references for sample treatment for the lipid soluble vitamins that you mention.

Look at the United States Pharmacopeia. They have methods for the determination of vitamins in multivitamin tablets, capsules, etc The methods are in the Nutritional Supplements section.
