I'm looking for an effective HPLC method for separation the premix of Furaltadone HCl and Amprolium HCl using UV detector.
Most references use :
C18 column with buffer phosphate/heptanesulfonic acid sodium salt (high pH values)as mobile phases for Amprolium HCl
and
C18 column with acetate buffer/ACN (low pH values)as mobile phase for Furaltadone HCl.
I need one method for both.
