We have Beckman P/ACE MDQ model CE instrument,and we are using DAD.We have sometimes but continouesly breaking problem at the centre of capillary window, for example 3 times per day,but sometimes there is no any problem and it works perfect.Do you have any idea about this problem?
I tried different kind of capillaries and we do not use directly flame for making capillary.
And problem is still continoue.
