Hi everybody,
I have a question concerning my LC system and a new column that I have to use. I have a Waters 625 LC system and I need to use a LC-318 octadecyl column (4.6 x 250mm, 5 microns and 300A from Supelco) as Eur Pharm especifies. My doubt is that I'm not sure if both components are compatible between them. Could you help me?
Thanks in advance,
Pedro

Why wouldn't they be compatible? The 625 pump is non-metallic, all the parts are inert. That is the only difference between that pump and the 626. Why do you think there would be an issue?

Thank you anonymous, I would like to be sure because our technician is right now in health recovery and I have to do the purchase.
