Hello,
I need to detect EDC by HPLC. Does somebody have or seen some HPLC methods in literature? We use alot for peptide synthesis but I cannot find any HPLC method in literature!

Been there, tried that, it was a PITA. I did, however, develop an HPLC based assay to determine the ACTIVITY of my EDC, which is what I was most interested in anyway as I wanted to standardize an industrial process in which EDC was involved. It's cheap, easy, fast, and works pretty well. I might not bea ble to give you absolute specifics, but I probably can give you some guidance on how I approached the problem.
