We plan to work on a small molecule that is a monoester of phosphoric acid. The LLOQ is very low and the molecule is too polar for ESI LC-MS/MS. An option would be to derivatize it to form triesters. Is there any good reagant for this purpose? There shouldn't be any transesterification. Please help!

If you are not in water, or you can get sample away from water or simply overwhelm it with derivatizing agent....monoesters can be silylated and gc.
