I have also found it in Acros Organics catalog with the following cat #s 26302-250 (25g) and 26302-1000 (100g). Their phone # is 800-766-7000 I hope, this info came from their 2000/2001 catalog.

4-Hydroxyisophthalic acid is also listed in the 2001/2002 Alfa Aesar catalog (catalog # B22876 sold in 5, 25, and 100 g sizes) and in the 2000-2001 Spectrum Laboratory Products catalog (catalog # H2370 sold in 5, 25, and 100 g). Try:
