I'm trying to desalt peptide mixture by using C18 column. I usually use acetonitrile-water-TFA solutions as buffers. I want to know what's the correct procedures for desalting. thanks a lot.

This is done better on a C18 SPE, or even better on a non-silica SPE like Oasis HLB from Waters. Load the sample, wash with water, then elute with an organic solvent. Finally, evaporate the organic solvent.
