I'm working with purification of some extra
cellular metabolites from yeast. The substance
binds strongly with DEAE-cellulofine but i failed
to elute the substance while using NaCl (0~1 M).
The substance is pH stable from 3~9. I have used
buffer with pH 7~8.8 and always it happened to
bind stronly but does not elute.
