I am working with lipophilic compounds in lymph fluid. I am wondering if there are any special considerations about extraction of lipophilic compounds from lymph fluid, especially regarding compounds found INSIDE lymph chylomicrons.

No experience with lymph here, thus the late response, but see nothing special about it. Refs should be available in the GC forum under Bligh Dyer, or in google,etc.
