I would like to know the best source of information about the selection of media for a dissolution test. I know the government has some guidelines, but they are not clear about this.
Specifically, I need to know how to decide about the pH of the media?, should it be neutral?, acidic?, how the pKa of the drug counts on this?
If you know any good sources of information or guidelines, please let me know.
