Analysis of OPC's by HPLC-DAD (direct phase or RP) is very difficult. In bibliography is possible find many articles but the greater part regards spectrophotometric analysis (Porter), while those that regard the use of the HPLC are not successful to make(using the same materials and reagents).there is someone in a position to helping me?
