Can the life of rheodyne injector's rotor seal be defined in terms of number of injections. Normally after how many injections can you suspect the performance of rotor seal?

There is no way to predict how long a rotor seal will last. It depends on mobile phase, the samples injected, how dirty the samples are, system backpressure, etc. If you suspect the rotor seal, just change it, it only costs about $70.

Cleanliness during installation will add to the life, but I agree with Anon about other factors.
