Do you mean phosphonate analysis? If so, are you referring to phosphonate chelating agents? There are a number of options for this class of phosphonate depending upon the compound. I would need to know more about the specific chelating agent in order to make a recommendation. If it is a simple phosphonate, these can be tackled by anion exchange using a variety of commercially available materials (I can give you more information if you let me know a bit more about what sort of phosphonate you are working with) or they can be separated by ion pair using a reversed phase column.
