Hi,

we are synthesizing currently conjugates of bisamino-PEGs. Just one aminogroup is used for attachment the other is still free (monosubstituted bisamino-PEG). Sometimes the conjugate has an carboxylic group. So somebody has an advice how to separate it from the edduct to monitor propper reaction ? The edduct bisamino-PEG is in a 3-4 fold excess in the reaktionmixture.
Maybe with an RP8 (not endcapped) or RP18.

Thank you in advance
