Could anybody suggest a good HPLC column for analysis of compounds contain quaternary amino group?
One of the compounds what I have to measure contains palmitoil chain too.

Packings with embedded polar groups are ideal for this application. Try XTerra RP18 or SymmetryShield RP18!

I would give YMC Hydrosphere a try too.
A few years ago I had to analyse the impurities of a basic active ingredient. Other columns (Luna C18(2), Aqua, Phenyl-Hexyl, ProC8, Eclipse XDB-C18) had done quiet good too, but none of them was able to beat the Hydrosphere, which also showed the slightest carry over into the next injection from the AI. And the Hydrosphere was the only column with 5 µm particle size. The other were used with 3.5 or 3 µm.

Thanks for your tips. I have ordered the advised columns

You may try ion-pairing agents. For example I analyzes dimethyldiallilammonium -- common tetrabutilammonium in eluent is good enough and 190 nm is my case.

You could try a method similar to one that I developed here which uses a cyano column with pH 5 acetate/methanol mobile phase (I can't give you full details, unfortunately). The method resolves C12...C18 analogs quite well.
