Are aflatoxins and their ozonated degradation products heat stable enough to use microwave digestion for sample preparation?

No, alfaltoxins are not heat stable. We use an extraction process that is very clear about not over-heating the samples.

You can try the clean -up using aflaprep, which is a kind of solid phase extraction combined with ELISA, from a lab called biopherm
