With Merck, Darmstadt, Germany, they once had nice publication(Booklet) titeled "Anfärbereagenzien für Dünnschicht-und Papier-Chromatographie.
This was about 25 years ago! Perhaps you are lucky, obtaining it still today from Merck(I think it was avialable in English too). Believe me, it is exactly the one you are looking for.
