You might want to try using a water-friendly column (like AquaSep) or perhaps ion pairing.

I've used the Alltech Prevail C18, which is water-wettable for 2 of the three compounds using 97% phosphate buffer at pH 3.0 and 3% acetonitrile and it has worked quite well. Alltech has an application number 9388 which should help. Try www.alltechweb.com
