Suggest a suitable method for the above. Do we need High Temp (HT) GPC conditions or ambient will do.

Talk with you Waters or Polymer Labs sales person. What you are wanting to do is a well developed method. Either company can guide you.

You need high temperature. About 130 to 150 degrees C with orthodichlorobenzene as the solvent.
